Never force a product into incompatible equipment or modify a product or launching system in a manner that may create an unsafe condition.

5. No Firearm Use

Unless a product is expressly identified otherwise in writing by The Thing™, no product sold as part of The Thing™ recreational chalk-round product line is designed or intended for use in a real firearm.

Users must never attempt to:

Chamber a The Thing™ airsoft product in a firearm.
Fire the product from a real firearm.
Modify the product for firearm use.
Add explosive or incendiary material.
Replace the intended chalk payload with dangerous substances.
Convert the product into a weapon or harmful device.

Any such use is outside the intended purpose of the product.

6. Product Appearance and 3D Printing

Many The Thing™ products are manufactured using additive manufacturing or 3D-printing technology.

Minor characteristics such as layer lines, small surface variations, minor differences in finish, or slight color variations may naturally occur during manufacturing.

These characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects when they do not materially affect the product's intended function, performance, or conformity with its advertised description.
